"Waiting for the set" with the perfect view below you! Every surfer at some point has laid in peace on their board while waiting for the next set to come on a clear calm glassy day. During those moments he or she has taken the time to look below the surface to admire the beautiful life below him or her. I've done that many times, on a board, outrigger, kayak, boat and even from a dock...I still find myself constantly doing that whenever have a chance and enjoying every moment of it. This print was inspired by a oil painting I did about 10ish years ago so the need to bring this view into a print was a most.
